Abner Rogers

Abner is among the best and most famous women's soccer coaches in the US and internationally with extensive experience and a history of success. His 2010 induction into the USASA Hall of Fame symbolizes Abners' significant contribution towards the development and advancement of women's soccer.

A native of London, Abner is a graduate of City and East London College and obtained his Football Association Full Badge in Lilleshall England in 1984.

In 2001, Rogers founded the Laguna Hills Soccer Club Eclipse where he was President and Technical Director. Abner is attributed with creating the program philosophy, curriculum and guidelines, including coaches education, which boosted the club into national distinction and landed three National Championships (2002, 2005, 2010). He was awarded the California Youth Soccer Association Coach of the Year in 1995 and 2005 for his commitment at the youth level.

In addition, Rogers served as Head Coach of the USASA National Team from 2004-2008, where he coached international games against Australia, Mexico, US U20 National teams, as well as several games versus the full US Women's National Team. He was also the Head Coach of the Region IV Women’s Olympic Development Program (ODP) team which won multiple gold medals at the US Soccer Festival in 1996, 1998, 2000, and 2002.

Abner has mentored and developed 21 players to Professional ranks, 31 to Regional teams, and 24 to National teams. 5 of his players have played in World Cup competition for USA, and 2 for Mexico.

In 2009 he was named as Head Coach of the LA Sol in the Women’s Professional Soccer (WPS) league, winning the league championship. Abner was named the 2009 WPS Coach of the Year, as well as coach of the All-Star team. In 2011, Abner was named WPSL 2011 Coach of the Year after assembling and guiding the OC Waves to the WPSL National Championship in its first year.

Following his tenure with the Sol and Wave, Abner became the Director of Coaching and President of Irvine Strikers FC ECNL until 2018.

Since then, he has been a successful coach with SoCal Blues Soccer Club with 2006-2010 ECNL and ECRL. In 2019, his U16's won the ECNL National Championship in Richmond VA, and in 2023, he took both his 2010 and 2009 teams to the National Finals only to lose on PK's.

Gary Ireland

Gary Ireland is considered to be one of the best technical trainers in the US, with an impeccable record of helping to produce some of the best talent in the country. He currently trains, coaches and mentors players from many top youth clubs, colleges, national youth teams and professional players (see Testimonials).

Born in Liverpool, England, Gary has been based in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 30 years, and has conducted numerous camps and clinics throughout the world on behalf of clubs, leagues and federations. In addition to co-founding and serving as head trainer for Dynamic Soccer technical training organization, he co-founded Northern California youth development club PSV Union FC and previously World Soccer Inc./Academy Soccer camps and clinics.

Gary is a former assistant to the legendary technical skills coach Wiel Coerver, and was hired by Liverpool FC to train players at their famed Academy. He was also lead technical demonstrator for renowned technical coach Hubert Vogelsinger. These mentors inspired Gary to create a unique curriculum designed to develop creative, entertaining and effective football players. Gary is renowned for his ability to demonstrate the most complex technical exercises at a world-class level providing the best possible visual motivation for any young player who wishes to enhance their game at the highest technical levels.

Gary is endorsed by many highly reputable soccer figures such as Tom Sermanni, Anson Dorrance, Peter Horvath, John Owens, to name a few (see Testimonials page). He was commended by FIFA for efforts on behalf of youth soccer. He has hosted some of the most famous individuals and prestigious clubs such as Pele, Bobby Moore, Fiorentina, Liverpool FC, Ajax Amsterdam and has taken teams to Europe to play against many of the top English club as well as arranged the North Carolina Women’s Soccer team tour vs. Australia & New Zealand National Teams. He was a Technical Observer and assistant to the Technical Director of the Czech FA Dr. Zdenek Sivek during European Championships in 1996 and is a frequent guest coach, trainer and coaching instructor for Peter Horvath, Technical Director of Puskas Academy in Hungary.

Gary maintains his extensive global football network and provides professional consulting and business services through his company Soccerbook Consulting LLC. Gary is a co-founder of soccer social networking sites pass2me.com and soccerbook.com and has several advisory roles in football organizations and technology companies and also the co-founder of charity The Soccer Fund. He was recognized by 'Advance,' the global business network spanning 40 countries with one million Australians abroad, as being one of the ‘Advance 50’ current and emerging leaders honored at the Silicon Valley Summit in May 2012 for their contributions to to assisting Australian innovators, entrepreneurs and start-ups to commercialize and globalize.

Gary holds an MBA specializing in Football Industries from the University of Liverpool and has an “A” license coaching certificate from the Czech Republic Football Association.

Carine Ireland

Carine has coached, mentored and placed players in college and international soccer since 2003, and continues to train collegiate, national team and pro players (see Testimonials) both at Dynamic Soccer and PSV Union FC. She has run NPL, USSDA & ECNL programs and is former GM of Irvine Strikers FC ECNL & Strikers Orange County.

Carine played for Liverpool FC Ladies in England as well as in the WPSL and briefly at Stanford University. She holds an NSCAA (United Soccer Coaches) National Diploma.

Carine has also organized numerous international tours to professional clubs as well as USA colleges such as funding, designing managing and leading the 2007 NCAA USA National College Champions North Carolina Women’s Soccer Tour against the Australia & New Zealand Women’s National Teams and Queensland Institute of Sport. She was also a coach/counselor at Julie Foudy Sports Leadership Academy St. Mary's College.

Carine is the co-founder General Manager and Co-Coaching Director at PSV Union FC, a non-profit, competitive youth soccer club for elite-track female players.

She is also co-founder, investor and co-owner of Soccerbook Consulting LLC, global football network Soccerbook.com (Pass2Me Inc.) and Dynamic Soccer. She is also co-founder and director of charity organization The Soccer Fund.

Carine received a BA from Stanford University in Human Biology with a focus on health and human performance, and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
